General Questions

If a certain item isn’t available in the webshop, the fabric choice is out of stock and can therefore not be ordered. It will come back in a different fabric. Send an e-mail to webshop@amkina.com, and we will see what we can do for you.

We don't work with stock. We produce every item on order for the Ferbine collection. This happens partially at our studio and partially by tailors at Dutch ateliers, who deliver high quality service. The production of the items will take us maximum 60 days. Some items are even faster produced than others. Questions about the production time of your item, mail us at webshop@amkina.com.

Payment

As soon as the order has been completed you will receive an order confirmation at the e-mail address you have entered.

Returns

Yes, you need to pay the return shipment costs.

If you exchange an item, Amkina will pay for the exchanged item’s delivery charges, one time only.

Following receipt of the returns, the purchase price and delivery charges (not including the costs of return), will be deposited in your account within 14 days.

Following receipt of the returned package we will send the new items to you within 30 days. We have to make the item again. You will receive the delivery confirmation by e-mail within 10 to 14 days.

Delivery

We deliver worldwide, check the legal mentions for the countries we deliver to.

When items are produced they will be delivered to the delivery address within a period of 2 to 5 working days. We will inform you of the delivery period in your order confirmation.

If you are not at home at the free second delivery attempt, PostNL will leave a ready-for-collection note in your letterbox.

If delivery is delayed we will contact you within 3 working days.

If your delivered order does not concur with the order you placed, please contact us. We can be contacted via webshop@amkina.com.
