Experience the enchantment of meditation with Tibetan singing bowls on the mystical island of Sardinia, where the very land radiates power and mysticism to this day. The island is known for its many initiation sites and is therefore an inspiring place for spiritual seekers. Our experience takes place at a Nuraghe, one of the many mysterious structures in Sardinia that were built more than 3000 years ago. These structures were built to combine the energies of the earth and the cosmos and use them for spiritual purposes, such as initiations or contact with the universe. Tibetan singing bowls are a powerful tool to activate and harmonize these energies. Through their vibrations, they create a deep relaxation and meditative state, allowing energy to flow through you more easily. Our workshop offers you the opportunity to experience this magical place and come into contact with the special energies that are present here. By combining the powerful energy of the Nuraghe and the healing vibrations of the Tibetan singing bowls, you get a unique experience that will help you to deeply relax and feel connected to everything around you. The meditation will be followed by an Ayurvedic meal prepared by Ovan. This experience costs €75 per person. The minimum age for this experience is 12 years. It can be experienced every Thursday at 5:00 PM. Experience the magic of this special energetic place! Please note that the minimum number of participants for this experience is 4 people. If there are too few participants, you will be informed at least 24 hours in advance and you can choose to do a private experience at an additional cost or choose another date. We require an online deposit of 30% per person, with the remainder to be paid in cash upon arrival.

If you cancel up to 7 days prior to the date of the experience, you will receive a full refund of the prepaid portion of the experience with the exception of the cancellation administration fee of 10 euros per person. In case of cancellation up to 7 calendar days prior to the date of the planned activity or in case of no-show, no refund is possible.
