In the workshop you will learn to make different pasta shapes by hand and discover your own culinary creativity. We are inspired by the shapes of Sardinia such as Malloreddus, Andarinos, Lorighittas. You will also learn how to make the perfect filling for Culurgiones and combine it harmoniously with a tasty sauce. Ovan will guide you step by step and show you how to achieve the perfect texture and taste. Ovan will inspire you with creative ideas and help you create your own unique variations. After the workshop you will of course have lunch or dinner with your homemade pasta! What sets us apart from the rest is our focus on healthy varieties of pasta. We use plant-based ingredients and whole wheat pasta flour, so you can enjoy a nutritious meal without compromising on taste. Children from six to twelve years old pay only €49 per person and for adults this experience costs €99 per person. Cancellation Policy
If you cancel up to 7 days prior to the date of the experience, you will receive a full refund of the prepaid portion of the experience with the exception of the cancellation administration fee of 10 euros per person. In case of cancellation up to 7 calendar days prior to the date of the planned activity or in case of no-show, no refund is possible.
