"Ovan was an outstanding host. The location was ideal and according to the photos an absolute dream. After the first refreshment (homemade bruschetta and wine) it was time to prepare the pasta dough. Ovan did a great job guiding us through the different steps. We learned how to make normal but also colored dough. Then it was time to shape the pasta. Here Ovan showed us all imaginable variants, both normal and filled pasta. We now feel confident enough to make original Sardinian pasta at home. In summary it was a wonderful evening. The time flew by. Ovan managed to create an atmosphere that feels like a night out with friends. The pasta and especially Ovan's vegan sauces were delicious. We would recommend it to anyone.​"

The donkeys were very trusting, you could always cuddle, brush and the children were allowed to sit on the donkeys and try to ride with help. The hosts were great. "Fantastic pasta cooking class!! We had a wonderful time during the cooking class of Ovan. The cooking class was at his place with a stunning view over the mountains and sea and a beautiful sunset. We started with kneading our own dough which already was a lot of fun and a nice workout to get warmed up with. After that, Ovan showed us how to make all kinds of different pasta shapes and we could practice a lot. He had already prepared the delicious sauces to accompany all the different pastas so we had all the time to practice our pasta making skills with his help. We got a delicious pane carasau with bruscetta and fresh olives to eat with some wine during the making of the pasta. After that, it was time to enjoy our and Ovans work with a 4 (!!) course pasta dinner. It really was delicious and looked like it was served in a restaurant. Ovan was a perfect host and entertained us the entire evening with great tips and advice for the island."

"Delicious meal with homemade specialties in a beautiful, quiet spot in the mountains. The donkeys walked freely among us and most of them were clearly curious and enjoyed the cuddling. The donkeys that were not in the mood for cuddling could just walk away. The two host created a very pleasant atmosphere and we all felt like welcome guests at their spot in the mountains. Thanks from the entire family for a truly memorable experience! Donkey is my new favourite animal."

    "A few days ago we took part in the experience 'Lunch and cuddling with donkeys'. 

We really enjoyed it. Thanks to the good directions we were able to find the place. It was a very hot day but this place was lovely in the shade with a nice breeze. The donkeys were already eating well. We were warmly welcomed by Ovan and Ignacio, such friendly, warm people. While we could pet and brush the donkeys quietly, our lunch was prepared, it already smelled delicious. We had a delicious lunch. All fresh, local products with delicious local wines. The tranquility on the mountain, the tinkling of the bells of the donkeys, a wonderful moment of rest"

    "It was a super good activity. Great drive up into the mountains and easy to park. Lots of cute donkeys to cuddle and feed. Nice lunch with good home-grown ingredients and with both water and wine with the food. Coffee at the end. Definitely worth all the money. The only thing I could wish for was that we could have bought the home-made cheese and the lovely vegetables home. But then we just have to come again."

"What an amazing experience! We went with 2 families, with 3 kids from 9 to 11 years old. They had a great time playing with the donkeys. The food, wine and location and were fantastic. In a country known for its great food, this meal stood out as one of the best. It felt like a very authentic Sardinian experience, and our expectations were exceeded in every way. Ovan and Ignacio were very warm and welcoming hosts who taught us a lot about the local area. The lunch takes place in a beautiful, forested area located at 700 metres above sea level, which gave us a nice break from the heat. If you’re looking for a fun and unique Sardinian experience, this is it!"

    "We had a very nice, instructive and pleasant experience through Amkina. We chose to make ricotta and that was a very good choice. Ignazio took the time for us and taught us a lot about ricotta, sheep's cheese, but also answered all our questions about live like a Sardinian on the beautiful island. The tasting with all products from the island exuded authenticity, just like the relaxing environment. A beautiful experience that we would definitely recommend!"

    "Participated this afternoon in the experience "cuddling and picnicking with donkeys". Upon arrival, we already met the donkeys and were very kindly welcomed by Ovan and Ignazio. Ignazio told us about his herd and answered all our questions with passion and visible love for his herd. 

We were given plenty of time to feed, pet and cuddle the donkeys. The latter felt like a magical experience that we will not soon forget.

After cuddling it was time for coffee, lunch and wine. Lunch was prepared on site by Ignazio himself and he only used natural products from the region. Delicious! A beautiful experience where you come into contact with the local population in a special way and thus get to know the real Sardinian life in a pure way. When we return to Sardinia, we plan to experience the other experiences as well!"
